
The Gym
Located in Centre St Jax in Montreal, Le Monastère – Le Gym gathers 3 training rooms dedicated to professional circus artists, for aerial and ground disciplines. The entrance located on Bishop Street, corner Ste-Catherine West and the reception is located in the basement.
If you have symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sudden loss of smell), stay at home.
Thanks to the support of Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, trainings are free.

Frequently asked questions and answers
To avoid to much traffic, you must book your training session online, via this link. No one will be admitted without an appointment. The entrance is located on Bishop Street.

On the day of your first visit, please arrive 20 minutes before your training period to ensure the time for reading and signing the contract, familiarization with the Gym and first use of the aerial rigg (if needed).
If you can’t attend your training, we kindly ask you to cancel you spot at least 48h in advance, so that other artists can book it. You can do it yourself by following the guidelines here: Cancel your training

According to the current rules, it’s possible with a mask on at all times.
The Gym is opened from monday to friday from 10 pm to 6 pm.
It is possible to book a spot from 1h, 2h or 3h.
Thanks to the support of Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, trainings are free.
Absolutely, it is possible. Your outside help must wear a mask and a face shield at all times.
Due to the current situation, we ask artists to come only at the time of booking (and not in advance to warm up). The warm-up and disinfection time after your training are included in the rental period.
