The Monastere is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the discoverability of circus arts in Montreal. Created by artists for artists, The Monastere builds its programming around three strategic objectives:
Create a circus platform in Montreal offering artists from here and abroad the opportunity to perform their own creations and develop their aesthetic language.
Introduce contemporary circus arts to all audiences—individuals, community groups, tourists, and corporate clients.
